Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we hope this finds you and your family in good health. We have already seen lots of changes, but our firm commitment to your safety remains the same.
At Daylight Dental, we have always made infection control a top priority for our practice. You can be confident that when you receive dental care, it is both safe and comfortable.
Because your safety and the safety of our staff are our priorities, you can expect to see some changes at your next appointment.
Before your appointment, we will verbally review the questionnaires we use to screen patients that might be at high-risk and/or potential patients with coronavirus. This step helps us determine the scope of procedures that we can perform to limit any possibility of contamination generated by aerosols.
The Day of Your Appointment
Please text or call our office from your vehicle upon arrival to let us know that you are here. Our reception chairs and front area are closed at this time to limit contact and exposure. For patients with special needs or those who have alternate transportation (Uber, Lyft, etc.), we will have a designated sitting area that we will sterilize regularly.
Note: If you are sick, we ask that you please call us to cancel your appointment.
- All patients are required to fill out and sign a COVID-19 Patient Risk Questionnaire. This form can be filled out beforehand, and you can bring it with you or email it to us.
- All patients are required to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds or use hand sanitizer BEFORE and AFTER their appointment.
- All patients must rinse with a hydrogen peroxide solution for 30 seconds that we will provide before any dental treatment.
- All patients will have a temperature reading taken with a contactless thermometer. Each of our doctors will only see ONE patient at a time, rotating operatories after each patient to allow adequate sterilization time.
